Unknown house with unusual mail posts

This is an unusual house for a few reasons. First, there are some street-side posts which appear to have mailboxes on them. They may be made out of coffee cans! Next, although it is tall enough to have a third floor, there are no windows in the upper portion of the house. Lastly, there is an ornate gate post at the front of the house. There are numbers on the front door, but they are difficult to read, they may say "248".
