This house is no longer standing. A newspaper noted the house being auctioned in 1941 and described the property as being "corner of Larone Ave, opposite the Passionist Monastery". It also says "Larone Ave. extends from Riverdale St. to the new State highway...", so I am fairly sure that this property is the same house that stood at 1126 Elm Street until 2017, when it was razed for a new development. The house shown in Google Street view looks identical.
