Still standing, the porch on the right has been enclosed.
The rear of the postcard has an important clue, it says "from a friend not far away", which was written to an addressee living on Summit St. The house was visually identified as #8 Summit.
The setting is really interesting because it shows how a neighborhood can appear rural in 1909, but is now suburban with trees and many other houses around.
